Shipments |
Your purchases will be sent by MOTOTECNICA ISAIA S.R.L., owner and administrator of this website, by SDA EXPRESS COURIER, in 3-5 workdays ( except availability ) since the payment?s receiption. Any delay of the courier isn?t including in this time. The delivery charges by Express Courier are indicated in the summary of the order. The delivery charges have been payd also if the customer avails oneself of the straight of recess ? next paragraph described- or if he refuses the purchase, sending it back. The customer havs to pay the delivery charges to come back the purchases to our store. In any case, the purchases aren?t insured, therefore the customer will has to retaliate with the Courier in case of damages during the transportation.

| Delivery time, indicated in the website, depends on the store availability.
The availability is indicated in the product card. If a product is indicated like available, it means that at least one item is available in the store; it will be dispatched the same day that we?ll receive the order?s payment.
For other items where it?s not present the wording ?availability?, it means that the item isn?t present in the store but it will be available within nine working days. As soon as possible the item will be sent to the customer.
The time is changeable depending on the season.
In case of delay, the customer will be tip off and if it will wait longer 30( thirty) days, he will can resolve if revoke the order or receive back the advance payment. At the time of shipment, we?ll send an email to the customer with all data and the code to supervise the parcel post up till destination.

To have the compensation, within 10 days by the receipt of the product, the customer will have to ship to the sender the product at own expense, no cash on delivery or carriage paid; the product must have the same package than sending, odd and undamaged. Compensation: within 30 (thirty)days by the reception of the communication, where it?s expressed the will to exercise the recess straight, MototecnicaIsaia S.r.l. will provide for the compensation through bank transfer or deposit on post current account. The compensation concerns only the price of the product, the delivery charges aren?t reimbursable and they are all depending on the customer.
